I get sms every month from these confused people. I have had enough. I pay every month and my bank forwards proof of payment to them yet every month they will accuse me of not paying. I really believe that this now amounts to harassment an am seriously considering taking necessary steps. if they can not do their job right they should rather step out of market place. I must add that they are just as useless as the banking group that handed me over.
