You owe over R1000 in interest fees???

I've had an account that I've had to pay through MBD. The arrangement was made and I have been paying it regularly I keep on being harassed by them. Point is I owed R4000 and I made payments to the amount of R4300. Yet I get calls that I still owe over R1000. This apparently for non-payment (which is not true) and for calls they've made to me etc.etc. I have sent so many mails to them with proof of payment with no response. So I end up paying more than R5000 for a R4000 debt. Can interest be that high I ask you?? Especially if you have made your payments.

I have paid them what they still wanted. I can't wait to see when I get my next phone call. However, they need to be exposed!!!

They are corrupt and incompetent at that, as they would have 2/3 different people phone a person within an half hour.
