Incompetent Oafs

I keep getting sms's for an overdue account and despite numerous calls verifying that my cellphone number that they are sending these messages to does not belong to the person that they are trying to contact these sms's continue. This is a company apparently representing Edgars and you would think that a customer oriented company like them would want better representation. I will be addressing the matter with Edgars as well as my wifw is apparently a valued account holder and should they be unable to resolve the matter may have to consider closing this account. This is a waste of my time and energy by in this day and age of ID one feels obligated to respond to these sms's just in case someone has got hold of your details. I have been advised that my number has been flagged so I shouldn't't get anymore of these messages but this appears to be a hollow promise as they seem to continue coming through. There is surely some Legal watchdog that these sort of activities can be reported to.
