Summons of possible arrest/fine over unfair Notice of Set Down for Default Judgment

Good day,

I received an email stating that there is a notice of set down for default judgment on 04 December 2025. I was not contacted or alerted about a possible summons by the debtor. The only communication I received was two emails sent in January 2023.

On 04 December 2025, I contacted the number provided in the email and was advised that there is a set down for me based on lapses from my previous employer, which is Sanlam. I was advised that the summons was signed by a person I don't know. I was further informed that a judgment has already been made on my behalf. I sent them emails to understand the situation further.

Thus far, I have not received any further response from the firm. Please find the attached emails and documents.
