15 years later they hounding me….. don’t even remember this company

I would like to lodge a complaint against a company called Bayport Financial Services. I went under debt review 15 years ago and a while after that I became unemployed, and have been unemployed ever since. This company and the so called debt collectors has started bombarding me with phone calls and message sending me bank details and requesting payment. I don’t even remember this company. How do I find out if my debt has been prescribed? How do I deal with these people?!
