No feedback, i want my money

In 2010 i was dismissed by Sasol, then in 2011 my case was thrown out at the CCMA (NBCCI) because i could not make it on time for the arbitration sitting. i applied for rescission but my application was dismissed allegedly because i did not file the replying affidavit. i challenged this and requested a review, but i was told by NBCCI to approach the labour court. I then contacted a company known as RETRENCHMENT ASSIST, which i found on the net to help me. Since i was suppose to lodge an application with the Labour court, they charged me R3500, of which i deposited on their account on the 1st November 2011.they confirmed the receipt of that payment and promised to lodge the application. since then when i contact them, Mrs Lezanne Bouwer promises to come back to me, but she never do. last year October 2012 i contacted the attorneys of my employer and NBCCI for a status report. to my suprise, they told me that RA has never contacted them about my case, and no summons were delivered on them. i contacted Mrs Bouwer again with this info, she demanded a proof that i did pay that R3500, i told her that i had faxed them that proof, at least 3 times, she never answered my mails again.please help
