To whom it may concern
I was dismissed from my previous company on 8 December 2011. Upon reccomendation I contacted Retrenchment Assist to take on my case. They were eager to "assist" and got the ball rolling. I appeared at the CCMA on 5 March and won my case. Payment was to be received by end of May at the latest. To date I am still waiting. All response i get from them is that they will give feedback once a month. I have to however phone in and get the feedback each time. In December 2012 they put my case on hold until 15 January when they are back at the office. I have not heard one word. Not a compliments of the season, hi we are back and resumed your case... nothing. I think they should change their name to "Retrenchment Non-Assist"
All I expect is quick and efficient service.
