TRANSFER OF PORPERTY-POOR SERVICE AND BLUNTLY

As the buyer chose these attorneys as the transfer attorneys, we had no choice as to go along with them. after the process was going for almost 3 (three months) with them at last the application was lodged at the deed's office, where they confirmed it would take 7-10 working days at the deed's office. After I requested of the progress on working day 8, they confirmed that the turnaround time now has changed to 10-12 working days, and then later it has changed to 15 working days...!
On day 14, after I again had to contact them and find out how far the process is, only to find out that our application has been lost at the deed's office. When my wife had to sign a document in order not to have the process repeat again, I saw that the application was only lodged 6 working days later than they said originally.
Only now I received a detail progress report from them, almost 4 weeks later, where I could see that they did lodge it as said originally, BUT it was rejected in the meantime and had to be re-lodged, not saying anything to me, rather about it trying to cover their own inefficiencies. Why should I carry the financial losses for their inabilities?
