Negligence, then refusal to compensate for costs

These conveyancing attorneys made a blunder with the transfer of a property that I purchased, which resulted in the Deeds Office rejecting the transfer not once, but twice! This resulted in me having to incur occupational rental costs. They were also so useless that they didn't even have the courtesy to either advise us that they had made the blunder, or even apologise for their negligence. They also refused to compensate for the costs that we had incurred due to their sub-standard service.

I sincerely hope that others read this and avoid these conveyancers/ notaries at all costs. To top off their extreme negligence, Genda Nell also has a superior attitude. What a bad experience!
