Alance not going down on the account

Good Day

i have been making payments on my home choice through Norman Bissett & assosciate group only to find that the balance is not going down instead is going up.

The total balance was R4903, 31 when they took over the account, i have made total payment of R2745 on the account now is R5 109, 97

can someone please assist me
