UNLISTING CUSTOMER FROM ITC

I have a problem between Home Choice and Norman Bissett. I have paid my account in full in december 2012 and both companies do not want to remove my name from ITC. I cannot get credit anywhwre due to this and i have contacted them several times even had a lawyer sending them a letter to unlists my name but no one seems to be actioning this.
I am exhausted with this and this was not the agreement before hand but they are not keeping their end of the bargain.
