Warrant of execution is been issued but they debit

Every month my debit order is paid with an amount that I can afford to pay today I received a sms that my account refers that a warrant of execution has been issued. What for I don't know. Should I stop paying or should I continue in order for the debt to be recovered. I sent an email today to find out why but did not get a response a person by the name simone has read the email. Please resolve as a matter of urgency. This is more a threat that I received today for paying my account. This is great harassment as I am paying please do your'll job properly. Send sms to those that don't pay.
