I am being harassed for an non-existant account

I have been getting numberous calls and sms from the above mentioned company regarding a non existance Edgars account, I contacted the contact centre and got through to one of the consultant who confirmed that i do not have an existing account with you guys however she hung up the call before concluding on how this predicament will be resolved

Please contact me back ASAP as i cannot tolerate this contionous threats
