SABC TV License issue

I have been harassed for the past 13 years for non payment of a TV licence of a TV I do not own. At the time of my divorce in 2000 my ex husband took the television set and I have not owned one since. I notified the SABC in writing. These documents obviously went missing. Since then I have been sms'd only, to threaten me with final demands etc. Nothing ever in writing. I have faxed all my details, affidavit's etc at least once a year for the past 13 years to various "agents" at Shapiro & . Every year I have to repeat my story to a new agent who promises to settle the matter. I have NEVER had a response acknowledging receipt of my fax, email etc. to date. Can someone at this law firm please respond by at least acknowledging receipt of documents?
