Constant Harassment from MBD legal collections

MBD are so useless, They have being phoning me about a Woolworths account under someone elses name with my ID number linked to it, for the last 2 years, every time I say this isn't me they say OK we will look into it... MBD LEGAL COLLECTIONS I HAVE NEVER HAD A WOOLWORTHS ACCOUNT EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I have sent MBD LEGAL COLLECTIONS sworn affidavit about this and nothing has being done FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. call after call... USELESS!!! They say pay the amount and we will take it off. I will NOT pay as I am not who they say I am. After 2 years of fighting this, I can't take another phone call with the useless MBD LEGAL COLLECTIONS.
