Harrasment - Wrong custome

For the past year I have been receiving phone calls, sms messages, machine voice calls ect regarding a arrears account for a Mr Pillay - I am not Mr Pillay! My surname is Kuypers.

It is clear that you have the wrong information, that I can still understand - What I can not understand is that you are unable or unwilling to rectify the admin problem. I made more that 5 calls, sms replies ect to get this sorted out at my expense.

Please sort this out now - I will also lay a complaint at the debt collectors council, and if I receive one more call or sms or ANY other communication for Mr Pillay, I will also lay a harassment charge at the SAPS.

No feedback form thandi Makhubela or Faiza Rasoel as promised.
