I'VE PAID MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY WONT STOP

VVM has been harassing me for over a year, I have proof of all the payments I made to them, They even refunded me for money over paid, I got an sms on 8Jan 2013 to pay R3979.95 which I paid, after that they refunded me R5057.89, then on 25 Jan 2013 I received an sms saying "DE LEEUW J, thank you for your payment of R3979.95 on your Netstar acc on 2013/01.08. The Balance owing is R1919.17"
now why would they refund me if I owe them money, in total I have paid more than R10 000 to them and have all proof, the person who refunded me is Muhammed Choonara, they phoned me on 29 Jan 2013 at 19:45 to find out when I'm paying my account, this is unacceptable, and I'm fed up, he assured me they will leave me alone. Please help me so they can leave me alone.
