CALL FROM KRB CONSULTANT

HI, I received a call from KRB consultant saying that i have an outstanding amount of R200-00 that i need to pay to SABC Licence. I mentioned that i have paid the R250-00 for licence now in January and she was rude and told me that i will pay the money whether i like it or not. I asked why was i not sent a notice that my licence was long due and that i am charged R25.00 fines on a monthly basis. She told me that i was supposed to have paid that last year and not now. I dont understand how can one be charged R25 a month on charges of an overdue amount of R250.00 monthly. This is a rip off and am not prepared to pay the R200.00 they say am owing.
