I had an account at Edgars 19 years ago. Out of the blue I get told by Shapiro that I owe R145. It has gone up now to R161. I phoned the call service centre and told them this was paid years ago. I also informend that you cannot by law send me a final demand after 19 years when there was no contact. The customer service did not understand this. I wrote a letter to them and expressed my anger I also contacted Edgars. I even asked in writing that Mr Shapiro contact me or a proper trained Attorney and still no response. All I get every month is a threat to black list me. Where can I report this company to the justice department
