Paid up letter not received after 18 months

Have you ever tried to get a paid up letter from MBD Attorneys. One would think it would be automatic! After 18 months it was brought to my attention, embarrassingly, that MBD's client AVON had not received notification that I had paid my account. On trying to have one done rather urgently I have spent half a day on emails and telephone calls to get one without any sucess. Poor poor poor!!!
