UNFAIR TREATMENT

How do you manage to take out a judgement if I have not consented to it. They send someone out with forms to be comleted on a Sunday afternoon (which according to the debt collecters act is illegal) and this makes you wonder how they can take a judgement out without your consent or being summonsed to court. They are wanting their accounts paid, however they are stopping me from getting work with my credit profile looking bad. Does the fact that I am always in contact not matter, that i always e-mail and am checking my accounts, does this not show that I am keen to get them paid. I think that I have been treated extremely unfairly after having explained my circumstances to them and specifically requested this not happen.
