MBD "ATTORNEYS" do they even understand the LAW!

In 2001 or thereabout i had a credit card with FNB, I seetled the card and somehow there was a balance remaining, in 2006 First Card applied for a JUdgement in my name for the outstanding balance then R30 000, 00 Approx, i had a "REAL ATTORNEY" represent me and the judgment was not granted, as firstly FNB could not prove that i owed them< and secondly the debt was now prescribed, 5 years later, i have the hounds from MBD ATTORNEYS calling me relentlessly, every time i explain the situation it seems a new person is allocated to taunt my patience. I recieve countless SMS's almost every day reminding me of my debt, how can i stop this. Surely this is Harrasment? and surely the realise that i am not going to pay as i have explained to them over 100 times and begged them to make notes on their system.
MBD and there consultants are really not educated in the LAW od SA and should become aware that the courts make the final decision not DEBT COLLECTORS such as MBD.
to date not one intelligent person has ever called me back after leaving countless messages.
