MBDC continue to harass for non-existent account

I AM NOT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN A CUSTOMER OF MBDC
Since late 2012 I have been constantly harassed by MBDC regarding a MiLady account fully paid and closed in 2003 The account was paid up more than 10 years ago
They constantly ask for proof of payment, affidavits, copy of ID, etc. I have refused to give them any of these. I have sent 4 emails refusing to acknowledge their demands. I have called them more than 3 times to state my case and request a halt in this harassment. I have refused to supply an affidavit nor will I supply a copy of my ID
I have asked for proof of outstanding account but they have never responded.
They send SMS text messages every 2 weeks offering a discount if I settle the account.
I refuse to pay or acknowledge any of their demands
This harassment has to stop
