On the 21/08/2013 an amount of R1980.00 was debited from my bank account.
I need this money refunded as I never gave you permission to debit my account for any amount. I will take this matter the ombudsman if it is not resolved. You do not know my financial status for you to agree on any amount that you like. I need this refunded today.
