Incorrectly Charged for Phone Calls

After receiving statements for both accounts I am very surprised to see phone calls & SMS charges, however I have never received a single SMS/call from your company as I haven't owned a phone for 2 years and please listen to those calls that you claim that were made to me. So can you please rectify that before I make relevant arrangements.
