No assistance for consumer Advocate's office

I have been in contact with Robert from the Consumer Advocate's office since last year regarding my accounts which were handed over to Myburgh and Jordaan attorneys, in June I was in touch with him again because I was experiencing great challanges with these lawyers who are taking me to the cleaners and not really not providing me with information regarding these accounts. He advised that they dont have such attorneys on thier database and I sent him copies of my payslips and advised that I am willing to make arrangements with the bank is a I can not pay R12 000 on an account that only has R2700 outstanding.

I have since not had any report back from Robert and have been contacted by other attorneys who advised that my account was handed over to them, I do not understand how African Bank does business, they have no risk control measures in place and they are giving out files to whoever is willing to rip people off.

I am willing to make an arrangement with the bank but no one is willing to talk to me or investigate my matter. I am willing to payR500 monthly until the account is settled. I have records as proof that I have been seeking intervention from the back to no success.
