Bad Service

My Markham account has been handed over to the collection company which is MBD, I owed them R1400 of which I made arrangement that R150 should be debited from my account on the 25th every month. That has been happening, however, I have been paying but not receiving statements even on request. I have made several calls to them and have been giving them my two email addresses to send to but nothing came through even today. I spoke to many consultants of which some of them were rude and some just can't keep their promises, as I am writing now, I don't know the balance but every month since from August last year R150 was coming off my account which should have been enough to settle the account now. I am not happy, all I ask is just a statement to see the progress as I can't keep paying while I don't know how much is my balance.
