Harassing SMS's and lying callers

I received a call from MBT about two weeks ago. The lady who called wanted all sorts of personal information, which I'm reluctant to hand out to just any random person. After asking they remove my number from their system, she said I must give my name and they'll take my name/number off. I then asked her if she promises to take my number off to which she replied she couldn't. When I asked her why she to me before she became aggressive and cut the conversation short (basically to get rid of me when she realised I call her on her incompetence and). Then I started receiving SMS's, get discount if I pay now etc.

All I want is for MBD to stop harassing me. If you don't comply, I'll have no choice but to lay harassment charges each time I am harassed.
