School account

My son started at this school in jan 2012', as it was bought out by curro holdings. we were told that our school fees will be kept the same as we were paying when they bought the school. Meanwhile for other pupils it was much cheaper!!! They led us to believe we were getting a bargain. Had nothing but problems with them sent email after email to head office account and various other people never to receive a reply. I was handed over in january this year with out a final demand or final account from the school, and their attorneys can't even get their facts correct!!! This matter has been going on far to long now and I'm tired of it. If they want me to pay they must charge me what the rest of the school was given, as had I know that the fees were cheaper I would never of sent him there in the first place, I only did because all his teachers were going. Between them and their attorneys I don't no which way to turn any more. Please help!!!
