SABC TV licence Handed over to VVM

Hello Peter

I am currently in Europe for 2 months, till 26 Sep 2013. However, 4 days ago i got an SMS from VVM attorneys saying i should pay R711.00 to settle my SABC TV licence. I paid the R711.00 three days ago and today i received an SMS from SABC TV licence department saying thank you for paying. However, this afternoon i received another SMS from VVM saying i am in contravention of the broadcasting act. further actions maybe instituted. So i dont know what do they want now, cause i thought the account is settled.
