Outstanding balance has been icreased

I Nkosana Alfred Nkutha hereby lay a complain about MBD debt collectors. I did inquire about the outstanding balance in July 2013 before I get payed I was left with an outstanding of R388 and on the 26/07/2013 when I get payed the amount of R200 was deducted from my account as agreed.and I thought I was left with R188 outstanding for settelment pay off. Today when I contacted MBD again about outstanding balance they told me that I left with R215 . and I did ask why this oustanding inceased they said that its include interests. I think this is unfair because I did pay the amount of R100 before and I then Increase it to R200 in July . please advise.ther contact number is 011 560 4261
