Not getting my settlement

I contacted this company last month to pay off a handed over account. I made the first payment on the 22nd of July followed by a second payment of 1635 on the 25th of July to settle this long standing amount. However I have been chasing them since to get my settlement letter. They have been saying they will get Edgars to release this settlement letter. I have called on numerous occasions and to date I have received nothing. I was nothing but courteous to these people, I contacted them and stood to my end of the deal even though I had negotiated to settle this account over 5 months. Now all of a sudden this guys are a no show. This is utter incompetence on their part. The next thing they will be calling me saying that I owe money and yet I have paid up this account and am requesting for this confirmation
