PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP

Hi

Can you please refund the amount overpayed into my account... I overpayed my account with you guys and the lady advised that she was gonna get the overpaid amount refunded back into my account and that was in June already and no feedback has been received as yet.
I cant keep on calling your call centre as its a nightmare calling in there and I'm unable to log onto to your website as well, it says page not available. I'll really appreciate it if this can been be done asap as I've been awaiting feedback for so long. Wonga advised that you guys must refund me as the account was handed over to you...
