BAD ATTITUDE AND NO RESPONSE

I received a call from Landau Attorneys around the 26/07/2013, regarding a complaint as money was deducted from my account, I sent emails upon emails with no response.

Then this lady calls me last week telling me that i must pay R350 for an account or else legal action will be taken against and a garinishe will be done on my salary ()... I explained to this lady that I do not have R350 to pay for this account as money was deducted and i had no response to my emails!!! she then told me that if i do not pay by the 31/07/2013 i will be handed over. I explained to her that should i pay it will be only at the end of august... she was so rude and was not even willling to listen to what i had to say... they are so quick to do garnishees from your salary yet they are not willing to assist you when u try to explain your problem!!!

these people need to buck up and try and LISTEN when you speak to them...
