I called their land line 13:40 just to be told to call back at 14:00.
I called a cell number of a rep that I had asking if he still worked for Harmsen Attorneys but he would not answer because I would not tell him why I wanted to know.
These people have no customer service knowledge. Rude does not even come close to describing them.
