Birnam Boshoff & Du Plessis
No response for settlement quote request

I'm really not happy with the way they handle my request for settlement quote. I called birnam boshoff & du plessis office in middelburg on 2013/01/10for this request and i was told to wait for a week without any feedback. I want to settle the account im owing but it seems as if they just want to keep my name dirty by not giving it to me. This is totally bad service at its best and i dont think that they have right not to allow me to settle my debt. I had a challenge yes with my credit which led to this but now i want to fix this and get on with my life and i feel someone (birnam boshoff & du plessis) is denying me that. I want someone in management other than the people we deal with on the phone, make sure i get my request done as soon as possible.
