What part of the account does not belong to me!!

People keep phoning to my work number with regards to a truworths account i have never had.
they have caused me to get a written warning because they phone 3 - 4 times a day to my work land line which is not allwed at all.
phone me once more with regards to this non existant account and i will lay charges at the police station
this is now the last nonsense i am taking from you people
i have complained about this before and no one in your office seems to give a
I have told the woman there that keeps phoning, that phoned me again 4 times today i have never had a truwoths account. now leave me the alone as i am fed up with this
