"FINAL DEMAND ON TV Licence acc 255941908..."

This is not my account!
It is the account of a former employee who decided to add my cell no on the SABC application form.

Various attempts to have the number changed at the SABC failed.
Communications to Shapiro Shaik received no response.

I do have my own VALID TV license which is paid up to date.

Please help!
