JM Attorneys claiming money from me due to a matter which was settled 16years ago with Health & Racquet - Only started demanding money late last year from me with constant threats to blacklist my name - I have a health condition from being shot - this is a reoccuring procedure which requires surgery - recovery is slow and definately no gym - I was never informed this as I was treated in Hillbrow Hospitals' doctors - During my contract I had to go for surgery - I thereafter provided H&R with a doctors letter stating that I will be unable to attend gym and that my contract needs to be cancelled - H&R accepted my case and cancelled my contract immediately - years later comes JM and demands this money of about R2000 that it amounts to back then and now amounts to R6000
I have no record unless they want my recent surgeries in Durban-Hillbrow Hospital has been closed-All my emails he never been replied to-all the calls find no solution, just demands for the money or the risk of being blacklisted-I sent an email on Friday with an affidavit from the SAPS stating my case plus web info about my condition and still haven't had a reply-hope this prompts a reply so we can resolve this matte
