I made a payment to settle the outstanding balance on my account on the 21st of May 2013; faxed proof of payment then phoned their Call Centre to verify receipt of the proof of payment which they confirmed receipt and said they'll forward to the accounts department for allocation. Subsequent to my settlement my account was debited twice on the 23rd then again on the 25th of May which i reversed at the bank. I then received several calls requesting payments and threatening smses which was quite upseting because this was after making an effort to make sure that all was received in order. I then forwarded a complaint to Dikeledi on 04/06/2013 whom i had to call a few times to get feedback but she kept promising to get back to me. I then forwarded the complaint to Ashleigh on 07/06/2013 who never even acknowledged receipt of the mail. I then received a call from Thato on the 07/06/2013 who promised to call again that same afternoon which he never did even after i have left messages for him to call me on the 10th and 11th. What is extremely annoying is that i have received yet another threatening sms today after a week of communicating with different people just to allocate a payment.
