SABC TV license rip off

I keep on receiving calls and emails to state that I have outstanding money due to SABC TV lisence not paid. The period in question (according to your statement) is from 1996. Well, first of all, you don't even have my correct initial on the statement, which makes me wonder where you got my identity number from and during the time mentioned, I had a completely different surname! Now there's even another period added from middle of 2012 to current to be paid but I'm not even in South Africa! I work and live abroad! So please explain to me MBD attorneys where you get your WRONG information from and why you harass people to pay money? Do you think everyone is stupid and will just cough up?
