Call the wrong Person

My details have been used by an old employee of mine and these guys are constantly sending me SMS's for outstanding accounts. I have spoken to them 4 times already and the last time I held on whilst the woman supposedly removed my details. Lo and behold I received another one this morning. What is their entry requirement for the employment of their staff!! I wonder!!
