Nightmare to get any info out of GLA!!!

Today is a week since I've received a threatening e-mail from Keenan at GLA, it's also a week since I've been trying to get hold of him without any success. He's never at his table when I phone and I get read receipts for my e-mails sent, but he simply do not respond. I've been handed over for an amount which I've almost settle since I've made an agreement in Jan to deposit x amount directly into my FNB cheque account, reducing the short term loan amount outstanding. Suddenly a new account was added onto my FNB, saying short term loan for the original amount. Can someone at GLA who knows what they are doing, please get back to me urgently. I desperately need to have this resolved and obviously it's far above Keenan Watson's scope of practice...
