Harass me for moneys owed on a paid up tv licence

I'm getting final demand sms's for a tv licence that was last used in 1997.the account was put under administration and paid by court order.to my knowledge that account does not excist anymore so I don't see the need to pay for something I don't have, stop harassing me or I might refer this problem to the ombudsman or contact the court to sort out the problem.
