BAD SERVICE AND NO REPLY AFTER 4 MONTHS

I purchased a deal on CitySlicker and after countless attempts of contacting these people via email have 1 reply which was basically an automated reply. There are NO direct contact numbers to query about orders. I have been waiting 4 MONTHS for my order to arrive from Calasca, which from further research prove to be a, there are even comments on HELLO PETER. WHY DOES citislicker do business with shady companies, and then take your money and never get back to you. THIS IS! Have you heard of the CONSUMER ACT???
I demand a reply and a refund! I advise the online buyers to do proper research before buying.
