NO REFUND AFTER ALMOST 1 MONTH FOR FAULTY GOODS

I ordered a Dog Blanket for the back of my Motor Car. What an absolute load of rubbish. It was collected from my house and to date I have not received any refund. I dont even get a reply from City Slicker, and also how come this company is not available telephonically - No telephone for a contact.
