Poor Workmanship on 3 tier Dishrack & no feedback

Hi there

I purchased a 3 tier dish rack on [URL Removed] I was mortified to find when I tried to assemble the product that the grooves where the racks should fit into were unaligned and as a result could not be assembled.

The fine print indicated that should I be unhappy with the product, it could be returned to the distributor Frank lee, within a specified time; I have emailed city slicker twice for the details of the distributor and a week and a bit later there is still no response. There is also no telephone no by which I can contact CitySlicker.
This item sold for approx. R290. I was willing to accept another 3 tier dish rack but now all I want is my money returned.

Please help!!
