Last year end of September your people contacted me for an appointment. Your people arrived and they said they "analyzed" my website and they found that they could increase my traffic thereby increasing my business.

They asked what I was currently doing and what my current budget was. At that time I averaged between 1700 and 2000 visitors on a bad month. YOUR people that so called "analyzed" my website told me they could definitely increase this amount of visitors. My spending budget a month was about R1800 to R2500 per month. I was skeptic but they stood firm in their "facts".

It's been 5 months down the road and you managed to halve that amount of visitors to average 900 to 1000 visitors while charging me R3500 which is R1000 more than what I used to spend. So now you think you caught me in a contract by telling me in the first place that you could increase my traffic. I've already sent you a cancellation letter last month and now today your debit went off my account.

If in the next week I don't receive my R3500 back that you took today, I will disgrace your name on the social networks, groups and all over the internet by exposing your BS, I'll even run an ad.
