The Service at Protea Metering is. I have never dealt with such a lousy, unexperienced people. My tax invoice for September was R2500.00, I then called in to get an explanation of how did it come to that amount, they told me that therev was a deposit increase, i then asked, who called a meeting or sent tenants an email telling them about a deposit increase, then they couldnt answer but kept on sending me Paper work that will be confirming the Deposit increase. I communicated with them and came to a consensus with them that, I will pay R1500.00 and later this month I will settle the balance of R1000.00, and asked that the debit order be cancelled. I kept on asking them to accept my request of cancellation of debit order but never sent me, after yesterday i begged them to send it to me. This morning my account has been debited. I called Protea Metering today to address the matter as I have requested, i was told on the phone that I was rude, i shoudnt blame the people that I have had an agreement with and was told to talk to the admin manager who deals with that. Now it will reflect bad on my Credit record and they dont care about it. I have proof on my emails
