No response/No Refund/No orde

I have ordered 2 MP3 shuffles last year already and still haven't received my stock, after complaining numerous times. I still have not received my stock as promised nor a refund. Its now almost 4 months down the line and no one is getting back to me the emails just keep getting passed on. NO ONE wants to take responsibility for this up.

I find this service appalling as i too am within the service industry of which we make use of city slickers services to sell our product, however this too will come to an end.

TOTALLY DISGUSTING!
